Order & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your purchases using the following payment methods:
- Credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard)
- PayPal
How can I track the status of my order?
Once you have validated and paid for your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a link allowing you to track the status of your order.
You will then receive an e-mail with a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.

I made a mistake when ordering (delivery address, product modification), what should I do?
You can contact us at [email protected] specifying your order number.
Our customer service team will get back to you within 2 hours, Monday to Friday.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. To do so, please send us an e-mail as soon as possible to [email protected]
Delivery & shipping
What delivery methods do you offer?
You can choose from 4 delivery methods:
- Delivery within 1 working day (if ordered before 12 noon) via Chronopost
- Home delivery with signature within 3 working days via colissimo
- Delivery within 3 working days to pick-up points via Mondial Relay
- Standard home delivery within 3 working days via colissimo or GLS
What are your delivery costs?
In Metropolitan France, delivery is free in a parcel relay, whatever the value of your order. Home delivery is also free for orders over €150. Below this amount, standard home delivery without signature is €3.90 and €5.90 with signature.
Express orders cost €10, regardless of the order value.
In other EU countries, standard home delivery is free for orders over €150. Below this amount, home delivery costs €4.90. Express home delivery costs €12.
In Switzerland, standard home delivery or parcel delivery is charged at 6CHF and 18 CHF for express delivery.
For French overseas departments and territories and the rest of the world, delivery is free for orders over €500, and costs €18 for orders under €500.
When will you ship my order?
It depends on when you placed your order:
- If placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched the same day.
- Between Monday and Thursday, after 12 noon, your parcel will be dispatched the next day.
- Between Friday after 12am and Sunday 00am, the parcel will be dispatched on Monday.
- If you place an order on a public holiday, it will be dispatched on the next working day.
Please note that for personalized products with embroidery, please add 48 to 72 hours to these shipping times.
How soon will I receive my order?
Once your order has been shipped :
For France, allow 2 to 3 days for delivery to a relay point or home delivery, and D+1 home delivery before 6pm via Chronopost (if the order is placed before 12pm).
For other EU countries, allow 3 days for delivery via Mondial Relay, between 3 and 5 days for home delivery and 2 to 3 days for express home delivery.
For French overseas departments and territories and the rest of the world, allow between 3 and 7 days for home delivery.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Bercail products can be delivered anywhere in the world.
Will I have to pay customs duties for international delivery?
Customs duties may apply, depending on the country and the purchase amount, upon receipt of the order.
Feedback & exchanges
Do you accept returns?
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Bercail, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt of your order, in its original, new and unwashed packaging. Within 14 days of receipt and verification of the return, we will exchange or refund your product, at your discretion.
Can I return a personalized product with embroidery?
Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check your order carefully before confirming it.
Am I responsible for return shipping costs?
Returns are free in Metropolitan France and at your expense for the rest of the world.
What is the return procedure?

Bercail plaids
Where are Bercail plaids made?
The plaids are woven in Turkey in a family-run cooperative from Oeko-Tex-certified cotton yarns.
How do I care for my plaids?
We recommend that you wash your plaid before using it for the first time, and prefer to wash at 30° and air-dry to preserve the fibers and bangs.
Your plaid will evolve over time: it will become softer with each wash.
Whatever the color, Bercail plaids won't rub off, so you can mix them with your linens or clothing.
